Boston loves baseball, so Red Sox opening day is always a cause for celebration! Since 2004, Sox owners, management, players and special guests have gathered to kick off the new season and raise funds for the Red Sox Foundation. Led by hilarious emcees Seth Myers and Ben Affleck, guests watched Sox owners receive their World Series rings in 2005. The Dropkick Murphys and Bronson Arroyo brought down the house with their performances and pumped the city up for another fantastic season for Boston’s beloved Sox, all for a great cause. In two years the events have raised almost $2 million for the Red Sox Foundation.
